Dr. Shamsher Singh Eye Hospital

Dr Shamsher Singh Eye & General Hospital was established in 1971 by Late Dr Shamsher Singh as a 100 bedded hospital. 
In 1997,on the return from overseas of Dr Sarbjit Singh, the hospital was renamed Dr Shamsher Singh Eye Hospital (DSSEH), a dedicated eye care only hospital. It was established as an ultra-modern set up to provide sub-specialty services in ophthalmology to the people of this area. It now has pediatric ophthalmology, Oculo- plastics, Retina, Cornea, refractive surgery, cataract surgery (phacoemulsification) , Glaucoma clinic along with other services like Optician shop etc. Dedicated sub-specialists who are trained well and at some of the finest centers are on our team and we have no doubt that we are able to provide these services with both professionalism, dedication and compassion.
