DME Café

If you're an RN doing (or curious about) defense medical exam observation work in California, you shouldn't have to figure it out alone.

DME Café is the place built specifically for that work — sign up once and get matched to cases near you when attorneys' offices need a qualified observer. No cold-calling firms, no guessing whether you're documenting things right.

And it's not just a job board. The Table is a real discussion board where nurse observers actually talk — documentation questions, scope-of-practice gray areas, what to expect on your first case, how to handle a difficult examiner. The kind of stuff you'd normally have to learn the hard way.

Bilingual? Especially welcome — bilingual observers are in real demand.

You need an active California RN license, and a few minutes to fill out your profile. What you get: cases that come to you, a community that has your back, and documentation guidance that keeps you protected.

DME Café. Grab a seat.
