Hi, my name is Rick.

I believe that a little daily discomfort can lead to a stronger, healthier, and longer life. On this channel, I challenge myself through fitness, exploring new places, learning new skills, and stepping outside my comfort zone to keep growing.

If you're ready to embrace discipline, adventure, and personal growth, subscribe and join the journey.

Comfort is easy. Growth is earned.
