The C-section Therapist

Hello, my name is Lesley Samulak, and I am a Doctor of Occupational Therapy. After three c-sections, I personally understand the lack of information and exercises specifically designed for c-section rehabilitation, so my mission is to provide mothers the essential support needed during postpartum recovery.

The information provided on this channel is not designed to replace medical advice. Please consult with a healthcare professional if you have questions and concerns.
