Cruising with Decisive

Decisive is part of a non-profit youth program in Hawaii. We have adult leaders, but our  crew is entirely teenagers. Our youth learn vocational skills, life skills, and they have an amazing time cruising around the Hawaiian islands. All of our adult leaders volunteer their time and the cost  for families is minimal. (Food and fuel) Of course, we never turn anyone away for lack of funds. 
Although we utilize a national program curriculum (Sea Scouts) it is important to note that they license us to use their curriculum and name ONLY. They do not provide any vessels, funding or support. 
Decisive is actually sponsored by a non-profit called, "Hawaii Youth Maritime Programs" that provides us our boat, insurance, and covers related costs. Hawaii Youth Maritime Programs is a small, Kauai based 501 (c)3 non-profit that has no paid employees and exists to provide this program to the youth and people of Hawaii.
