Creative State Counselling and Psychotherapy

Thanks for stopping by! My name Simon van der Stap and I'm a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Counsellor Educator. If you're interested in all things therapy, maybe for yourself, or maybe you ARE a therapist, this channel might be for you. Creative State Counselling and Psychotherapy offers little tips and bits to take the mystery and 'woo' out of therapy and to make it accessible and understandable. What's trauma? Will I get psychoanalysed? Therapy is only for crazy people, right? How do I get my husband to go to therapy?? I heard CBT doesn't work! We explore these questions, and many more, with clear, evidence-based information that educates, empowers and helps people to use therapy to create the life they want.
