CrappyDiner

It all started with a local diner, a burnt grilled cheese and a dream. The dream? To create a food channel for the rest of us.

Welcome to The Crappy Diner.

I'm not a chef. I don't have a marble countertop, and I can't pronounce "sous vide." But I love food—especially the easy, messy, and ridiculously tasty kind. This channel is my journey through the world of comfort food, questionable kitchen hacks, and recreating famous junk food from scratch.

What you'll find here:

Reviews of local dives and greasy spoons.

Recipes you can make with ingredients from a gas station.

Hilarious cooking fails (and the occasional success).

We post fresh orders from the kitchen [e.g., twice a week].

If you're tired of perfect-looking food you'll never cook, then subscribe and join the Crappy Crew.
