For 30+ years I’ve practiced yoga, and since 2005 I’ve studied Ayurveda, astrology, herbs, holistic wellness, western medicine, and nervous system healing—not just professionally, but through my own journey of burnout, chronic illness, grief, surgical menopause, and reinvention.
