At Contoterapia® we use tales and stories as a means to get to know each other and develop. The stories serve as a real pharmacy for the soul. As a rule, any therapeutic process aims to guide the patient to acquire instruments that help him deal with his challenges and conflicts, whether these are emotional, thoughtful or behavioural conflicts.
As I know that stories are excellent teachers and have been in the world for much longer than you and I, and I also know that we all have a storyteller within us, I want to activate this resource of yours, I want to motivate you to mobilize its internal strength, developing its competence to overcome challenges with the help of stories.
