Discover the rich heritage of the local woolen industry and witness firsthand how sheep’s fleece is transformed into cloth through engaging displays and demonstrations.

Our expert weaver Seamus uses traditional techniques to spin and weave the wool on antique wheels and looms from the early 1900s. You can even try your hand at spinning, and let your kids experience the roles that children played in the wool-making process back in times gone by.
