CONNECTICUT REAL ESTATE

Values:
Do the right thing

Mission:
Provide clients & agents the education that leads to better decision making.

Vision:
Be the Connecticut leader in real estate sales by improving the lives of those we meet, building better communities and leaving the world a better place.

Practices:
Connecticut Real Estate offers 90 hours of continuing education to its agents, because we want the best educated agents with high moral and ethical values. Connecticut Real Estate donates 1% of our corporate revenue to help homeless veterans in Connecticut. We encourage our agents to follow our lead and we anticipate the percentages to increase as the company grows.

People:
We are searching for people with similar vision. We don’t have a desire to be the world’s largest real estate brokerage. We are building an organization of educators that value the concepts of honor, ethics and education.
