The Concorde Files

The money and power behind Formula 1.

Who owns a team, who pays to get in, and who decides how the money is split. The Concorde Files tells the business history of Formula 1 through the paperwork behind it: valuations, company accounts, shareholder registers and public filings.

Named after the Concorde Agreement, the confidential contract that has set the rules for the sport's money since 1981.
