Colm Center: What Holds

What Holds by Colm Center is a YouTube space for nervous system resets you can use in real life. These short, trauma-informed grounding practices are made for women community builders carrying chronic stress such as social pressure, workplace strain, caregiver load, and the weight of the current news churn.

This is a practice that uses simple regulation tools: eyes-open grounding, longer exhales, steady self-contact, and language that tells the truth without escalating fear. Come here when you’re braced, flooded, tired, or heading into a hard space.
Take what helps. Skip what doesn’t. Stop anytime.

We hope to make this a practice you can return to often, so your care can be steady and your leadership can last.
