Colleen Opens Doors

Welcome! I’m Colleen Ioele-DeCristofaro, a Realtor with over 30 years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout the Capital Region and Southern Adirondacks.

Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized as a Top Producer, Listing Leader, Sales Leader, and recipient of National Sales Excellence. I’m also a NYS Licensed Appraiser and previously owned my own appraisal company, giving me a strong background in property values and market trends.

I’ve also served as a Host for American Dream TV, where I showcased the Southern Adirondacks, local communities, businesses, events, and real estate.

Community involvement is important to me. I’m active with the Greater Johnstown Lions Club, 100 Women Who Care ADK Chapter, Fulton County Planning Board, Fulton-Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce, and St. Mary’s Foundation.

Follow along for real estate, local communities, properties, and life in the Southern Adirondacks!
