I’m an easy-going mom, wife, & friend who enjoys outdoor adventures.

Yoga found me at 18 fighting PTSD anxiety & depression. Yoga became a tool to breathe through the hard times, reconnecting to my heart.

 I knew it was something I needed to share & met in parks for yoga play dates, eventually leading to teaching classes in studios. Classes are easy going & judgement-free. 

You will often hear me reminding students
