I’m Coach Jyima — a 1st generation American, holistic health & performance coach, and spiritual practitioner. I started my career in social services and eventually left a corporate fitness role at Equinox to focus on truly helping people transform their health and fitness by focusing on nervous system regulation.

With certifications in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Performance Coaching, Nutrition, Holistic Health and Corrective Exercise, I help busy professionals reach their peak fitness, mental clarity, and energy without overtraining.
