Citana Organics

Building a gourmet mushroom farm from scratch in Clayton Bay, South Australia, out of an old refrigerated trailer. Grow room builds, sterilising on a budget, grain spawn, substrate, contamination fails, and harvests of Lion's Mane, oyster and more, with the real numbers. Find us Saturdays at the Adelaide Hills Farmers Market, Mount Barker.
