Christine Hall Coaching

Hey there, busy woman! If you're over 40 and struggling to find time for yourself while wanting to feel stronger and more confident in your body, you've found your home!

I specialize in quick, effective dumbbell workouts designed for women like you - no gym required, no intimidation, just real results in 15-30 mins from your home. Because you shouldn't have to choose between taking care of everyone else and taking care of yourself - you deserve both, and it all starts with making yourself a priority right here.

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer(with 14 years of experience!), Board Certified Health Coach, Certified Life Coach & Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist.

I have helped thousands of women over 40 get healthier, stronger and happier so they can live AMAZING lives. I love helping women start exercise and be consistent so they can feel better, get stronger and live the life they want.

NEW workouts every Tuesday & Thursday!
