Choice Point Coaching

Helping parents of anxious, avoidant teens move from avoidance to forward movement.

If anxiety is getting in the way of school, friendships, independence, or everyday life, this channel offers practical guidance for the moments when your family feels stuck.

I’m Sheree Emmons, founder of Choice Point Coaching. I share ways to respond when your teen refuses, support them through discomfort, build confidence, and gradually transfer responsibility—so you can feel more confident about what to do next.

At Choice Point, we help parents put a plan into practice when anxiety is high. Our 90-day coaching program supports parents and teens as they build skills and move toward meaningful family goals.
