Ryan "Chief Chops" Intchauspe

Ryan "Chief Chops" Intchauspe is the kind of man who doesn't wait for someone else to step up—he steps forward when needed. A 24-year U.S. Navy veteran and combat-tested leader, Ryan built his life on service, accountability, and results. From his earliest days as a Combat Search and Rescue Swimmer—one of the most demanding roles in the military—to his final years flying aboard the E-6B Mercury in nuclear command and control, his mission was always the same: protect others, lead from the front, and never leave people behind. No excuses. No hesitation. That mindset defined his career, and it's exactly what he's bringing to Arkansas.
