Chida Warren-Darby

I am a Community First candidate running to make sure the people of San Diego's 4th Council District have their voices heard at City Hall. This movement is about prioritizing the people, the businesses, and cultural richness that make our communities stand out! It's time to start delivering results. Vote March 5th for change in your community!
