Little Orpington Hatching Adventures

Hello everyone!
If you are reading this you must be interested in the process of hatching and raising chicks (so am I)! So let me introduce myself:
I am a girl who volunteers at a smallholding with goats, pigs & chickens (who are the biological parents of my soon to be chicks!) and all of these animals are unique, fun & cute!

Now, I will be hatching some buff orpington chicks for the smallholding who will be staying with me for a couple months.
My first batch (of 5 eggs) were put in the incubator on the 4th March, candled on the 11th (and all 5 had growing embryos in them!!!) and are due to hatch 25th March 2023 (which I am greatly looking forward to and I guess you would be too)!

So if you love animals, are thinking of hatching some adorable chicks of your own or even if you just want to follow along, come along and watch my journey of hatching and raising some chicks for the first time!!!
