Chez Latray - Come Hungry

Welcome to Chez Latray, where everyone always comes hungry. I'm Marc and back in the day, I co-owned six restaurants across Vancouver Island, Whistler, and Vancouver, BC.

But what brings me the most happiness and pure joy is cooking great food for friends—and really, for anyone who appreciates a good meal, because I love you all.

This cooking show is about making delicious food simple and approachable—from BBQ, open-fire outdoor cooking and Blackstone cooking to amazing appetizers, late-night eats, quick meals and more.

It’s about good friends, great stories and sharing memorable food. Pull up a chair, grab a bite. Something good is always cooking at Chez Latray.
