Chess on the Brain with NM David Bennett

Welcome, my name is David Bennett, a US National Master/FIDE CM and chess trainer of 6 DC Scholastic Champions in Washington, DC. 

I teach at local schools, work 1-on-1 with students of all ages, and volunteer with local organizations so that everyone can experience the benefits of chess.  

My goal on this channel is to help more people worldwide get better at chess for free. You'll gain a strong understanding of the ideas behind every move, be able to create a clear plan, and develop useful decision making models. I like to focus on why pawn structure is so important. As Philidor said, "Pawns are the soul of chess."

You will not only get in-depth analysis of GM games, my games, theory, psychology, and useful tips, but I will analyze your games, too. Please send me the moves to a game of your choice. 

I usually live stream analysis and Chess 960 blitz, mostly in English and sometimes in Spanish. I also feature my int'l adult class, tip only if you can. My site has info about it.
