I excel in fine dining as well as casual cuisine; I love using fresh ingredients and as many local products as possible to manage food costs .Also to promote local quality enrichment and to drive a strong sales with an enthusiastic following of repeat business. I am an expert at dealing with vendors, purchasing, food costs, customer solutions, social media setup,staff building,new concept training as well as maintaining a menu that's already established.
