Chef Bernie's Caribbean Kitchen

Welcome to Chef Bernie’s Caribbean Kitchen — the home of big flavour, real cooking, and a whole lot of island soul.
I’m Bernie, a St Lucian chef now based in the UK, and this channel is where I share the food I love: Caribbean classics, simple home cooking, market-fresh flavours, and the dishes I grew up with.

From quick weekday meals to slow-cooked favourites, I’ll take you into my kitchen, out to the markets, and soon all the way back to St Lucia as we film our Caribbean journey from January to May.
Join me for easy-to-follow recipes, live cook-alongs, behind-the-scenes moments, and the warm, relaxed vibe that Caribbean cooking is all about.

If you’d like even more exclusive recipes and live sessions, you can join my private community — the Sauce Club — where I share weekly dishes, stories, and cooking sessions.

Good food. Good people. Good vibes.
Welcome to the kitchen.
One Love,
Chef Bernie 🇱🇨
