Living in Charlotte with Leo & Mary

Welcome to Living in Charlotte with Leo & Mary

We’re a husband-and-wife real estate team who traded the cold, fast pace of New England for sunshine and community here in beautiful Charlotte, North Carolina.

As parents to three active kids and relocation experts, we know how overwhelming a big move can feel. That’s why we created this channel — to help families like yours discover the neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle that make Charlotte so special.

Here, you’ll find neighborhood tours, relocation tips, local favorites, and honest insight into what life in the Queen City is really like.

If you’re ready for a slower pace, family-friendly living, and a fresh start — you’re in the right place.

💛 Welcome to Charlotte. Welcome home.
