Public Anthropology at Centre (PACe)

Pubic Anthropology at Centre (PACe) is home to educational anthropology videos about human evolution and our archaeological past created by undergraduate students at Centre College, Kentucky in the United States. These videos are created as part of a semester-long science communication project in "ANT 120 - Human Cultural and Biological Origins", taught at Centre College. ANT 120, which is taught every spring semester, focuses on the history, mechanisms, and processes of human and hominid evolution using a biocultural approach.

Every year, students will define an overarching theme for the project and will selected topics that interest them. Over the course of the semester and under the faculty instructor's guidance, the students working in groups conduct the necessary research on their topics and develop and produce their videos.

The video content on this channel will be updated every year in May after the completion of the academic year.
