Hi, I’m Rachael—a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor based in beautiful Vancouver, BC, Canada. 🇨🇦 
With a fully equipped Pilates studio and over two decades of teaching experience, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.

My love for movement comes from my background as a professional dancer and dance teacher (RAD - RTS), and I bring that same attention to detail and flow into my Pilates classes.

I created this channel to give my clients—and YOU—the flexibility to fit Pilates into your routine, whether between studio sessions or while traveling. My goal is to make Pilates accessible to everyone because I truly believe it’s one of the best things you can do for your body.
