Centered Within Yoga

If you've tried yoga, physio, therapy, or medication and you're still in pain-this channel is for you!
Hi, I'm Erin (C-IAYT, E-RYT500), and at Centered Within Yoga, I help those who lack clear answers for their pain. My work blends yoga therapy, biomechanics, fascia science, and nervous system regulation to help your body do what it was designed to do: HEAL.
Chronic pain and injury involve complex interactions between your nervous system, scar tissue, trauma, and stress. On this channel, we explore:
Why pain persists when scans look "normal."
• How myofascial dysfunction locks the body into pain patterns.
How trauma influences movement and recovery.
• How gentle, evidence-informed yoga therapy restores safety.
This isn't about pushing through; it's about listening differently.
If you feel dismissed, confused, or stuck, or if modern medicine hasn't given you the full picture, you're NOT broken, and NOT alone.
Join me here and let understanding and healing begin.
