Centered Soul Trauma Sensitive Yoga with Michelle

Welcome to Centered Soul Trauma Sensitive Yoga, a space for embodied trauma care.

I’m Michelle, a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F), 500-HR Registered Yoga Teacher, and nature-inspired artist.

This channel offers trauma-informed, body-based offerings (such as but not limited to) general Trauma Sensitive Yoga, specific TCTSY practices, and Trauma-Informed Yin Yoga. Each session is facilitated with invitational language, opportunity to practice interoceptive skills, and space to choose what feels supportive or interesting for your body in each moment.

There is no expectation or “right way” to practice here—only invitations to notice, explore, and perhaps reconnect with yourself at your own pace and in your own way.

You are welcome here, exactly as you are. 🕊

✨ Most videos recorded on land in Pennsylvania with gratitude for the Susquehannock and Lenape peoples who first stewarded this land. 🙏
