Richard & Sons Trucking

Welcome to Richard & Sons Trucking.

Richard & Sons Trucking was originally created by my father, Richard Caylor Sr., who built his life around trucking and owned his own truck. He was born in Dayton, Ohio in 1955 and passed away in 2021.

I’m Richard Caylor II, and I’m carrying the family name forward into its next chapter through CDL driver recruiting.

Here you’ll find trucking stories, CDL career information, driver recruiting, carrier hiring, local and OTR trucking discussions, and the real-life side of working in the trucking industry.

Same name. Same roots. A new chapter.
