'Carving Fire' is a podcast created by Adrian Baxter & Chris Saros, two professional fulltime artists having worked in the extreme music sector and beyond for over a decade.

Together, and sometimes joined by guests, they grant a deeper insight into their lifes dedicated to art, exploring and reflecting upon things like motivations, ups and downs, experiences, sustainability, mental health and anything in between.

The perception of what life is like as an artist seems to be something that is widely shrouded in mystery, as well as full of distortions and wrong assumptions, positively and negatively. With Carving Fire, Adrian & Chris aim to shine a light on some of these, hoping to not only offer a better understanding of what the artist life is actually like in general, but furthermore to let their sharing of experiences be a pool of helpful reflections and resource for other artists.
