Yoga with Carol | Pura Vida Yoga BVI

🌸 Welcome to My Channel 🌸
My name is Carol Schoonhoven - I live in the British Virgin Islands, and I created this space to share the yoga, mindfulness, and holistic practices that truly transformed my life.
After going through a painful divorce in 2022, I sank into a deep depression. Having lived for years with Borderline Personality Disorder and ongoing struggles with my mental health, Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindful living, I began to heal. By committing to these practices consistently, I slowly rebuilt my life — finding strength, peace, and joy again. This channel is where I share the tools, wisdom, and practices that supported my journey:
✨ Yoga flows for all levels
✨ Mindfulness & meditation
✨ Breathwork for stress & anxiety
✨ Affirmations & journaling prompts
My hope is that these practices bring u the same peace & clarity they’ve brought me, & remind u that healing is always possible. 💛 Subscribe & join me on this journey of self-discovery, healing, & growth.
