Carnivore and More with Danielle

I always felt like I was healthy but then I started getting older. I had a HUGE addiction to sugar but despite working out  regularly and eating a "balanced diet", I started gaining a few pounds gradually. I got a bit of a belly pooch that drove me nuts and thought I had to accept it as a part of getting older and being in peri-menopause. I was also always fatigued with no energy and felt brain fog all the time. I tried a calorie restriction diet for weight loss and always felt hungry. I tried Keto which worked great but I eventually felt like I was always trying to replicate "normal foods". Then...I stumbled on the carnivore diet and EVERYTHING changed, and not just my weight!
