Carnage on the Trail

Follow along on my evolution from competitive runner and marathoner to Appalachian Trail thru hiker in 2026.  While most of this transformation has taken years, the next five months I will be documenting my training, gear and preparation to successfully complete my thru hike, as well as my favorite trails on the Nature Coast of Florida. And then follow as I vlog my thru hike of the Appalachian Trail starting in April of 2026.
