Carlyle Place, a Life Plan Community

In 2001, Carlyle Place, Central Georgia's first and only Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) opened its doors to its first residents. Today this beautiful community rests on 58 landscaped acres off Zebulon Road in the northwest section of Macon, Georgia. The community consists of 226 independent living residences, 28 assisted living residences, 26 memory care residences and 40 skilled nursing residences.
