Carlin Doeksen

Welcome to the backcountry photographer!

I'm Carlin Doeksen, a photographer from Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada.

Visit the channel often for inspiration, motivation, and... occasionally... education about life with a camera in the backcountry. From backpacking essentials to setting up your new Mirrorless/DSLR/Super Phone Camera for your first time shooting farther from the trailhead than you've been before...

I serve at the pleasure of THE BACKCOUNTRY PHOTOGRAPHER. :-)
This channel is officially about you now.
