Carla Gentile Yoga

A longtime creative and entrepreneur, my path evolved from years of hands-on work as a hairdresser and salon owner into a devotion to yoga and meditation. I guide practices rooted in conscious movement, breath, and presence, supporting ease, vitality, and embodied clarity.

My meditation teachings are grounded in Zen practice, emphasizing simplicity, direct experience, and quiet observation. My yoga offerings draw from Prana Vinyasa, weaving rhythmic movement and energetic awareness to cultivate strength, fluidity, and inner attunement. I study Prana Vinyasa / Prana Flow with Shiva Rea, whose teachings continue to shape my approach to rhythmic, breath-driven movement and energetic awareness.
