Cab Dispatch System

CDS is the web portal a taxi or minicab office runs on. Take a phone booking, price it with your own fixed fares or mileage rates, assign a driver from the live dispatch board, and text the rider in your office's own words. All in one place.

This channel has the CDS overview and short how-to videos. Each how-to films the real portal doing one job, start to finish, with the steps on screen. Watch it done once, then do it yourself.

Start with the "Set up your office" playlist. It runs in order, from vehicle types and fares to drivers, SMS and your first booking.
