Close to the Bridge is a newcomer band in the genre of melodic rock and post-grunge.

Can you feel the floor vibrating? Through your body pulsates the bass and the drums. Then this quiet melody. It gets louder and suddenly you sing along. The song revolves around you! And then you feel this connection - as if you were meeting someone. That's what melodic rock sounds like. Sometimes loud, sometimes soft, but best live from the stage directly into your veins. In 2016 Thommy, Toby, Manu, Sven and Jonas found each other. Maybe because there are 530 bridges in Augsburg and you always meet somewhere. Maybe because there are too few bridges. No matter where you are and how many bridges there are. Close your eyes and turn up the music.
