The COP Bike Ride

CopBikeRide is a citizen-led initiative launched in 2024 with a powerful mission: cycle 6,500 km from Paris—home of the historic COP21—to Baku for COP29, promoting 10 concrete proposals to integrate cycling into climate action plans. 

Along the way, riders organized public events and raised awareness about sustainable mobility.

In 2025, the journey continues with the COP30 Bike & Sail Ride, connecting cyclists and sailors from around the world as they travel to Belém, Brazil, host city of COP30. More than a ride, it’s a collective call for bold climate action, green travel, and global unity.

From Paris to Baku, and now to Belém – we ride slower, so they change faster.
