CMB Pilates

Hi! I'm Christine, creator of The Language of Your Body.

I believe your body is always communicating with you. Through gentle Pilates-based movement, we'll explore simple ways to listen, respond, and reconnect.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, depleted after a long day, or simply looking for a few minutes to yourself, these practices are designed to support your everyday life.

Here you'll find gentle movement experiences, breath practices, classical Pilates, and simple resets that meet you where you are.

So if you're ready to get out of your head and back into your body, you're in the right place.

New movement experiences are added regularly.

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. 💜
