CJ Beatty Softball Academy

CJ Beatty Softball Academy | Softball Motivation for Girls Ages 8–12

Helping softball parents raise confident, resilient young athletes — on and off the field. Coach CJ Beatty (former pro player) teaches girls ages 8–12 the mindset skills that matter most: goal-setting, handling strikeouts and errors, building daily confidence, and becoming a leader and teammate others trust.

This channel is for parents who want their daughter to love the game, bounce back from tough plays, and grow into a stronger, more confident version of herself — not just improve her swing.

Each video breaks down real mental-game lessons in simple, age-appropriate language: dreaming big, beating fear, building a vision for who she wants to become, winning the mental battle after mistakes, and learning to love hard work.

Subscribe and help your softball girl build the confidence and character that lasts far beyond the field.
