Hiiiii Ladies!!!! I'm Christina Gail, a newly 40 yr old ANBF WELLNESS PRO from TAMPA, FLORIDA. I like to lift heavy s** , Prep Yummy foods, chit chat in my car and compete in bodybuilding shows 💕💪🏽. I’m a single momma (aka Bruhhhh) of three teenagers ranging from 13-17 year old. I'm slowing working on becoming the best version of myself while juggling the mom life as their Uber, cheerleader, friend and parent all in one! As well as working as a Professional Trainer and trying to reach as many ladies out there to help them along in their fitness and wellness journey! This channel you have found is a great space for any ladies wanting to become the best version of themselves.
And also you get to dive into my life as a bodybuilder.💪🏽
