C2N Centre for Nanosciences and Nanotechnology

The Centre de Nanosciences et de Nanotechnologies - C2N (CNRS/Université Paris-Saclay/Université Paris Cité) develops research in the fields of materials, nanophotonics, nanoelectronics, nanobiotechnologies and microsystems, as well as nanotechnologies. It deals with both fundamental and applied aspects of these subjects. Its NanoTechnology Centre, the largest in Europe, is housed in a 2,900 m² clean room. It is dedicated to micro-nanofabrication processes, growth, epitaxy and materials characterisation. It is open to all academic and industrial players in the field.
