We use different instruments and techniques to create our sonic sound sessions. Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums, chimes, flutes, breathwork, and the power of our voice all help to encourage participants to move toward a more relaxed, calm state rooted in the present moment.
