Join us on our Food Truck Journey! My name is Heather, I am a 40 year old Raleigh, NC native. I grew up in the hospital due to deformities of my left leg. There I ate a LOT of takeout, it was my only Comfort. During recoveries my grandma kept me while my parents worked and we would cook my granddaddy a from scratch dinner every day. At the age of 14, after 14 major surgeries, I was told I would soon run out of steps and never walk again. Well, let's just say I'm a little hardheaded. After many years, 5 more surgeries and 2 years of Culinary school, God gave me the name BytheGrace. Get it?! We started out making AngelCakes, graduated to serving Savory Comfort Food (where my heart really lies) to local Raleigh Bars & Vendors, and NOW we are building our 1st FOOD TRUCK!! In honor of my roots I chose an AMBULANCE to convert into what will be one Awesome Food Truck! Between myself, my incredible friends, and some trusted professionals we will take BtG to the next level! Will you join us?!
