Building Markley

Thomas and Nikki Markley are builders in every sense of the word. With over 20 years of experience in construction and renovation, they've spent their careers transforming homes.

Thomas competed on HGTV’s Renovation Resort Showdown Season 3 alongside teammate Tatiana Taylor Thomas and they won. What started as a competition became something far bigger. The cameras, the pressure, the creativity, the storytelling,..it lit a fire. Thomas and Nikki walked away from that experience knowing it was time to build something of their own. Not just homes. A channel.

Building Markley is the result. A front-row seat to everything the Markley family is building, renovating, and figuring out in real time.

This channel is raw, real, and packed with genuine expertise. Whether you're a homeowner trying to understand what a renovation actually involves, a tradesperson looking to level up, or someone who just loves watching ambitious people bet on themselves — you're in the right place.
