Build Great Apprentices Programme

What is Build Great Apprentices?

Build Great Apprentices is an 18‑month support programme for construction line managers and mentors who work with apprentices on site.

It gives you practical tools, short resources and focused training to help you support apprentices, from day 1 through to completion and end-point assessment (EPA).

Everything is built around real site challenges, not theory, and is easy to dip into alongside the job.
